Is Keep Growing Academy eligible for subsidies?
Yes. For companies with employees covered by Joint Committee 200 (PC 200), Keep Growing Academy may qualify for the Cevora subsidy for learning platform licences.
Cevora provides financial support of up to €200 per active employee for learning platform licences, provided the platform includes its own learning content and the licences have been actively used.
Keep Growing Academy is designed to provide the reporting required to support a subsidy application.

Rather than offering as much content as possible, the platform focuses on a clear and practical learning experience built around essential soft skills that help employees grow in their role and apply new skills in their daily work.
Who is Keep Growing Academy for?
Keep Growing Academy is designed for organisations that want to make learning practical and accessible for their teams. It is particularly relevant for companies looking to strengthen soft skills such as communication, collaboration, focus and digital efficiency, without overwhelming employees with an extensive library of generic training content.
Which topics are included in the learning platform?
The Academy focuses on skills that make a real difference in everyday work. Current topics include communication, collaboration, resilience, dealing with change, digital efficiency, time management, focus and prioritisation. The learning experience is built around our Academy specialists, each with their own area of expertise.
How does Keep Growing Academy work within an organisation?
You choose a package based on the size of your team. Employees then receive access to the platform and complete the learning modules at their own pace. As an organization, you maintain visibility over learning and development through participation and progress reporting.
Are the trainings theoretical or immediately applicable?
The trainings are deliberately designed to be hands-on. They are modular, interactive and action-oriented, helping employees translate what they learn directly into their day-to-day work environment.
How are the Academy packages structured?
Keep Growing Academy works with subscription packages based on team size.
You choose the package that best matches the number of employees who need access to the platform.
Packages can also be combined when needed. For example, a Grow 50 package can be combined with a Grow 25 package, allowing organisations to scale flexibly without purchasing unnecessary capacity.
How much does Keep Growing Academy cost?
The Academy offers fixed subscription pricing based on team size:
- Grow 5 for up to 5 employees at €49 per month (€588 per year)
- Grow 10 for up to 10 employees at €89 per month (€1,068 per year)
- Grow 25 for up to 25 employees at €189 per month (€2,268 per year)
- Grow 50 for up to 50 employees at €299 per month (€3,588 per year)
- Grow 100 for up to and including 100 employees at €549 per month (€6,588 per year)
Packages can also be combined when this better suits the size of our organisation. For example, Grow 50 + Grow 25.
Is a license personal?
Yes. Each licence is assigned to one individual user. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
This ensures accurate access management, reporting and progress tracking for every employee.
How long does a subscription run?
Subscriptions are concluded for an initial term of one year.
They are automatically renewed for an additional one-year period unless cancelled in writing at least 30 calendar days before the renewal date.
What support is included?
Support is via email during normal business hours and includes technical questions and platform-related issues. Consultancy guidance is not included by default, unless separately agreed upon.
Is Keep Growing Academy regularly updated with new courses?
Yes. Keep Growing Academy continues to evolve and grow. We aim to release at least three new courses every quarter. ensuring organisations can continue to strengthen their teams through relevant and practical learning experiences.
Does the content stay up to date?
Yes. Keep Growing Academy is not a static learning platform. Existing content is regularly reviewed and updated, while new courses are continuously added to keep the learning experience relevant and aligned with current workplace challenges.
What reporting is available?
Keep Growing Academy provides reporting that gives organisations insight into participation and learning progress.
This reporting also supports administrative follow-up and provides the documentation needed to support a Cevora subsidy application.
