Description

In this Building Blocks of Resilience course, you will discover what resilience really means and how you can consciously strengthen it in your daily work context. You will learn that resilience is not a fixed given, but is built from four concrete building blocks: energy, flexibility, mindset and network. Using realistic scenarios, self-reflection and micro-exercises, you will apply these insights immediately and work step by step on your own resilience and ability to recover.

What you will learn:

  • Gain insight into the four building blocks of resilience and how they reinforce each other
  • Applying resilience in realistic work situations and challenges
  • Develop a personal action plan to sustainably strengthen your resilience

You learn how to handle challenges more consciously and bounce back stronger in your work and beyond. Thus, step by step, you build more mental strength, flexibility and recovery capacity.
